Our class project focused on SDG 8, « Decent Work and Economic Growth. » Students made a video that tackled several important issues: Firstly, they explored wage discrimination, specifically gender pay gap. They highlighted how salaries differ between men and women across different industries. Secondly, they examined unprofitable occupations, shedding light on why certain jobs don’t pay enough to sustain a decent living. Lastly, they discussed poverty and its widespread impact, emphasizing how economic inequality affects both communities and individuals. Our goal with this project was to raise awareness about these pressing issues and advocate for equality and economic growth for everyone.
